Who Am I? (professionally) Jason Moore

My name is Jason Moore, and I am a passionate person specializing in Client Fulfillment.  My goal is to help our clients find the best ways to utilize bigWebDesk in their current support structure.  This process continues by helping them understand how to improve that structure on their own.  Client fulfillment goes well beyond customer support.  Customer support is the act of addressing a red flag that is raised by your customer.  Client fulfillment is addressing those flags with your clients as well as using that time to identify other potential problems.

My current primary focus is bringing the ideas of in Citizen Marketers to our company by growing our community of employees, clients, and vendors.
